We redesigned the website and brand for this long-standing San Francisco Mission-based nonprofit, Precita Eyes.

Background
Precita Eyes is a community-based, inner-city mural arts organization located in the Mission District of San Francisco that has been creating, teaching, and preserving San Francisco's street art and murals since 1977.
This beautiful organization had a not-so-beautiful website. We thought they deserved an upgrade.
Process

Research & Planning
Conducted market research to identify existing bouquet customization platforms and pain points they pose. Studied popular online customization tools for other markets (ie shoes, cars, etc). Conducted interviews and surveys with online and in-person flower shoppers to gain insights and identify needs.
Design & Prototyping
Collaborated with our team to create intuitive user interfaces and interactive prototypes. Iteratively refined designs based on user feedback to enhance usability and visual appeal.
Implementation
Leveraged agile development methodologies to build the scheduling app from the ground up. Prioritized feature development based on user feedback and technical feasibility. Implemented AI algorithms to analyze user behavior and optimize scheduling recommendations.
Testing & Optimization
Conducted rigorous testing across various devices and platforms to ensure compatibility and performance. Gathered user feedback through beta testing and iteratively optimized the app based on usability metrics and user satisfaction.
